Baby massage and baby yoga is a beautiful experience shared between you and your baby. Massage has huge benefits for babies health including relief from the pain and stresses caused by wind, colic, constipation and reflux. Massage can also help settle baby as well as stimulating their little immune, respiratory and digestive systems. Classes are suitable from birth to pre crawling. Baby Yoga perfectly compliments massage and expands on the benefits of positive touch through gentle yoga moves and songs. Yoga is suitable from 10 weeks to pre crawling. All classes are completely baby led and a great way for moms to meet other moms and enjoy a chat and a coffee in a stress free environment.
