Our Clinics were established in 2005 at our two locations in Douglas and Cobh. We take great pride in offering the highest standard of care to each client ensuring we use the most effective and up to date manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation to facilitate the quickest recovery possible from injury.

We treat a huge spectrum of injuries ranging from sports injuries, back and neck pain, arthritis, biomechanical dysfunctions, shoulder and knee pain, post surgery rehabilitation, pregnancy related issues and much more. We also specialise in physio led pilates classes at a variety of levels to cater for those recovering post back injury to the high level athlete in need of a challenging core strengthening class.
